Who will be part of my Squad?
We have a team of in house trained soldiers. We align the best possible match with keeping their industry, software and sort of responses required in mind. The squad will be lead by one of our Squad Leaders, who will have an average 5+ years of customers success experience. He or She will be the day to day point of contact for you.
Who is a typical Customer Support Soldier?
Our Customer Success Agents are spread across India, all of them with college degrees and proficient in written English. Each of them go through a very rigorous screening (including a written assignment) and interviewing process. After joining our team they go through comprehensive training which includes relationship building, negotiation skills, software and more. We are proud that our team receives more than market standard compensations.
What is the minimum commitment?
We currently work on a 2 hours/day, 6 days a week commitment for a minimum 2 months. This helps us you to judge our services and in turn helps us to recoup the set up cost.
